"Compared to other properties in Paris, this one is relatively affordable. The location is good, but metro line 4 that stops near the apartment did not work while we were there, we needed a bit more time to reach the sightseeing locations. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a parking garage 5 minutes away on foot, that's accessed through an app (don't get scared by the explanations you will receive about how to enter/exit) and included in the price. The apartment is spacious, has a washing machine. The host is very nice and responsive."

"I do not recommend staying in this street if you are a solo travelling woman, it's a bit shady. It's also very loud, inside and outside the building, and you have to keep windows open if you want some air, sleeping is impossible without ear plugs. There is no air conditioning (as I guess in most places in Paris), it was really hot inside. The apartment could use a new bed with a good mattress. For some reason we only got 1 face towel."

"The apartment was very nice and clean. It had all you could possibly need: kitchen appliances, TV with Netflix, laundry machine and iron, toiletries, a massive wardrobe etc. It is located right next to the most famous flea market in Paris, called Les Puces de Saint-Ouen, and although the area isn't central it's very well connected to the city centre (bus and metro, and night bus )."
